Teller with one hell of a bad attitude to ENGLISH clients

The first time I went to the Big Five Butchery in Krugersdorp, I selected the meat I wanted and went to the teller to pay. The teller I went to is a lady who is missing part of her thumb, apologies, as I do not know her name this is the only way I can identify her. This teller and one of the other staff at the butchery were discussing one of the other clients in the store and making fun of her as she could not speak Afrikaans, and they did this while I was standing right in front of them. I found this interesting as I, myself do not speak the language fluently as my Afrikaans father always described the language as a dying language. That was my first encounter with the woman. Then i went to the butchery a second time and bough kooksisters. I found a big dead fly INSIDE one of them. Yesterday while I was there, it was busy so I stood in a line to pay so I could pay and leave. I landed up at the same till as this woman with part of her thumb missing. She greeted me in Afrikaans very politely but as soon as I greeted her back in Afrikaans with my very English accent her attitude changed. I put my card pin in and watched the money go off my account then when i tried to take my card back she held it to the card machine and very loudly and repeatedly told me to "wait" so I did, then without explaining that the card machine is faulty, she inserted my card into another machine and made me put my pin in again. At that point I was highly annoyed and my common sense told me that either a reverse transaction would take place or I would come back the next day and ask for the first transaction back from the manager when I was calmer as she didnt explain what she was doing or what was going on . At this point I told the woman that i found a fly in the kooksisters I had previously bought. She did not look at me when I told her that, she looked out into the store and only asked me "which kooksisters?" So I told her the ones sold in the store. She was blaze about it and didn't apologise or ask anymore questions so obviously my complaint was ignored and it's obviously not a big deal that the clients of this butchery are eating flies when purchasing these kooksisters. Another issue i have found is that I recalculate the cost of the meat I am purchasing before I get to the till, using a calculator on my phone. My calculations and the calculations I receive on point of purchase never add up. The till amount is always more. And when I try look at the till slip, it doesn't provide descriptions or a proper break down. Why are old tills being used when the store has enough funds to be able to purchase those branded trolleys? Where is the etiquet from the tellers? Basic manners? Language ************** and obvious disapproval of English clients? Complaints are ignored and over looked? Flies in pastry products? Humiliation of other clients in front of other clients? I'm still very angry and disgusted at this woman and the fact that this store promotes such behaviour.
