Billed Double for Membership

I have been a fan of Big Fish games for a number of years and when I found out that Plants vs Zombies was available I was over the moon with happiness. I hopped online, created a user account, bought and downloaded the game. I then spent the next 2 months with my nose glued to my PC loving every second of it. However... what has cast a rather nasty spell on this is the fact that each month my membership fee is deducted off my bank account twice. I have tried on a few occasions to get assistance from Big Fish but my communications are [URL Removed] ignored. I have now cancelled my membership (and i hope both deductions). Does anybody have suggestions as to how I can get in touch with an actual person to assist me?. Kim De Ridder
