No Front Shop Assistance!

On Monday 29 June 2015, I went to Big Fish to go and buy calamari and chips. When I walked into to the shop the only people that were actually there were two ladies in the kitchen, when I asked them where the lady was that normally takes the orders, I was told she was outside.... (being the patient person that I am I waited for about ten minutes)... eventually she comes strolling into the shop ready to take my order, by now I have lost my temper. when I asked her for the contact details of the owner of the shop, she said I must phone the shop. I then told her that if I wanted to phone the shop I would, but I wanted the owners details, because I want to tell him / her what shocking service and poor customer service is being offered in their shop. this is the same lady that a few months ago when I walked in there was a queue of roughly six people waiting to be served and she was standing playing candy crush, with customers standing in front of her waiting to be served. REALLY? is this what customer service has come to?
