Refund

I need help I’ve been purchasing and reselling product’s on this app and everything has been going so well now the problem is that the purchased item has been unattended for almost 3 months which is long over due, I want a refund for the item since well they are waiting for the supplier and I can’t wait any longer because I need to pay some bills I tried to contact them over an email the support email address is not responded till today. Please help I need my money back
