Theft by SHUTTLE service in DURBAN ( BIG DADDY COACHES) stay away!!!!!!!!!

On the 1st of december 2018 me and my cousin was requested to perform at the Fill UP Moses Mabhida event whereby cassper Nyovest would be headlining the event, I must say the event was a successful one and thank you to Cassper for having us.

With that being said as soon we had landed in Durban from Joburg at the King Shaka Airport we were picked up from the Airport by a shuttle service by the name of BIG DADDY COACHES now this shuttle services was meant to take us to the hotel that all artists where booked in however due to time constraints we had to rush to the event fnirst as my cmousin who is the artist had to be on stage.

Now knowing this we asked the driver of the BIG DADDY COACHES which was Ben Makhaye to take our things to the hotel and we would collect them there after the show and the after party.

The following day as we made our way to the hotel I was told by one of the receptionist that the driver left the bags and came back again to take one of the bags and claimed it was his ( which is theft).

I reported this to the company but they were of no help at all, the owner of the shuttle service dismissed this claim and one of their staff memebers was actually kind enough to track down the driver BEN who had ****** the bag and asked him to return the bag which was return days later after threatening them to the police.

The company refused to courier the bag or take any responsibility for the matter and amongst kept telling the guy who was the only one assisting me to block my number and delete it.

Today after a month I received my bag with items missing and I queried this again and they spoke amongst themselves saying that their policies say that items lost they are not accountable for and again encouraged the guy who was assisting me to delete and block my number.

Now what I want people to be aware of is that this is a thing that BIG DADDY COACHES does to tourists and customers of theirs, the ***** peoples bags and items then tell you to refer to the policy that states any loss items they will not be held accountable for.

I am in the process of opening up a police case as we speak , kindly never use this shuttle service if you are ever around Durban and keep your items close to you.
