Went the extra mile to get me tickets to Pharrell

I initially tried to purchase tickets of Big Concerts for the CPT leg of Pharrell's concert about a month ago. I made the purchase online and was told that my tickets would be mailed to me once payment went through. But the payment didn't go through and i eventually lost the tickets which had been reserved for me. In the interim the concert had actually sold out so I called Big Concerts and they apologized but told me that they would call me back within a month with 2 more tickets, as soon as they had sorted out their returns and sourced extra tickets. I honestly didn't expect anyone to call me back and i gave up on the tickets but within a month Quinton Nkosi called me back to say that they had sourced tickets (and even called again after i didn't answer AND emailed me) - thanks Quinton & Big Concerts for the excellent service!
