UB40 Big concerts fail

I write this with utter disappointment regarding the UB40 concert held on the 17 May 2018 at the Durban ICC.

After purchasing 3 tickets which cost an arm and a leg, the show was an absolute fail..not so much the band performance, but the poor planning and sound quality of the event.

The concert started at 9 and was done just before half 10. On the tickets,the concert was scheduled for half 8 to end at 11!!

Once the concert eventually started, the crowd was completely uncontrolled, standing up and blocking the entire performance. The ushers or whatever showed no interest, when we asked,they arrongantly said that we must stand as well...despite the fact that we paid for a SEAT and not a standing concert as my dad has leg issues . We were blocked the entire show, we would have been better off listening to a CD instead of going for that concert which landed up being one of the worst experiences ever.

Granted people like to dance and have fun, but they can do that without being inconsiderate imbeciles and behaving like barbarians. Perhaps you guys need to consider a designated dance area or something. Also, Alcohol should not be sold at these events because people have no limit and ruin a potentially good evening.

My family and I had high expectations for this concert and just left there livid and frustrated. Please get yourselves sorted as this is unacceptable.
