I attended the Guns n Roses concert on the 29 November 2018. I purchased the VIP Early Entry Package. The concert itself and the entire organising was truly amazing!

I had an issue with the VIP Package I bought as I felt that they did not deliver on what was promised. I got in touch with Justin Van Wyk and advised him of my displeasure with the package. He put me in touch with Terri Verhoeven who is in charge of the VIP packages, and Terri offered to refund me the difference between the VIP package and golden Circle ticket.

I would truly like to thank Big Concerts, Justin and Terri as this goes to show that they value their customers and their feedback! You hardly see this in this industry, and I applaud Big Concerts for all their efforts!
