Sam Smith refunds

We bought concert tickets for the Sam Smith show in CPT for the 17th of April 2019, a show that was cancelled on the day, in August 2018. Communication was sent that if you bought your ticket on a credit card it would be refunded on your card. A week later we are looking for details on when to expect these refunds, we are told that Computicket was given the go ahead to process refunds and this will reflect on 48-72 hours. When you are looking for specific timelines of when refunds were processed, no response. I have been through this with Computicket in the past on a refund and the back and forth and this is a preemptive measure. Since customers didn’t get to see the concert they paid for then a bit more transparency is expected around the refund process.
