Refund for Golden Circle Tickets

I am rather disappointed with the lack of accommodation received from Big Concerts where I recently asked for a refund. I have to go to hospital for a back operation and will unfortunately not be in any way able to attend the One Republic concert on 19 June. This is due to unforeseen circumstances which I most certainly did not expect. I got asked to provide a copy of hospitalization or death and then it may be looked into for a possible refund for one ticket! Will most certainly not be booking tickets through Big Concerts in future - and will also unfriend their page on facebook. Computicket would at least have tried to accommodate me!! Quite disgusted that you actually have to be dead before they \may possibly'' refund you. So next time you book with Big Concerts THINK TWICE and rather book through Computicket!"
