Not allowed to enter the Sam Smith show, money and time wasted

My daughters father lives in Durban and he bought my daughter x3 tickets to the Sam Smith show that happened last night, and he took a picture of the ticket with the barcode and sent it to her, she got all dressed, invited two of her friends to go with her, and off we were to the concert nice and early, when we got there I asked the security if the tickets on her phone would suffice, and he said that as long as they are able to scan the barcode it will be ok, 2 hours passed by and when she was at the front of the line, she was refused in, as she was told that they cannot scan the barcode on her phone, she then was told to wait at the back of the line again and once all the people had gone in she would be helped, 2 hours had gone by, and when she was at the front again was told that they cannot allow her in with the tickets on her phone, half the day was wasted waiting in the line, and R2000 was wasted on tickets that she could not even use, this is not even including the embaras*****t infront of her friends that she invited. How can you not have modern technology of a bar code scanning system, and how do you tell her to wait 2 hours and to go to the back of the line, just to tell her she cant go in, this is really pathetic, i am infuriated and so dissapointed, money and time wasted, what a dissapointment, if you go and look at her ticket allocation, you will see that the money was wasted as she had not even used these three tickets, this was supposed to be a gift to her for doing well at school, since she is a huge fan of Sam Smith. You have ruined it.
