Justin Bieber Successful Refund

I’ve been struggling for the last month with my refund for the Justin Bieber concert with absolutely no help from Ticketmaster. With a friends suggestion, I reached out to Big concerts on Instagram and I was helped by Terri from Big Concerts South Africa. My soul what a lovely person! Literally helped me within 48 hours by; reaching out to Ticketmaster and located my refund and gave me references to follow up with the bank. I’m honestly grateful. Thank you Terri 🌸
