Cannot confirm tickets

I called Big concerts to find out how i verify my One Direction ticket, I have found a buyer for one of my golden circle tickets because my sister cannot attend. I call computicket and they cannot confirm it because it was not bought from them and Big concerts is usless and cannot confirm there own tickets either. So now i am stuck with a ticket i paid R1000 for because nobody can confirm the ticket is a original and the lady that would like to buy it would like verification of the ticket. I would advise everybody to think before they purchased tickets from Big concerts. You will have all the trouble if you would be in a position where you need to sell a ticket and be lumpt with it. I struggle to believe that a company so big cannot confirm that a ticket was bought from there own website. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.
