Bryan Adams ticket refund BS

I bought 4 Bryan Adams tickets for 9 December 2017 in June 2017, and I am only getting 50% refunded to me because I have a family member's wedding... what on earth.

Seriously, I really do like Big Conerts and appreciate the job they have done so far to date in South Africa, but why on earth am I only getting refunded R 2,210 when I paid R 4,420.... it leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

Please someone assist with this.
