Lost for words

I have purchased from Belinda since last year and it went great, this year has been an absolute disaster begging and pleading for items, wrong items being sent or incorrect sizes. She is online but not answering me I have been pleading for a solution but its empty promises. Its been weeks and still no solution. Its sad that it has gotten to this stage but my business are now suffering the consequences.
