Bad service from Big Boy Vapes

Bought a vape from Big Boy Vapes in Kempton Park, some 5 months ago. It was broken within a week or so. Took it back but ever since struggled to get my money back from them. They make promises to refund, but ever since then they have been sending me from pillar to post, and recently started ignoring my messages.
