Big *** pinetown customer insurance on vehicles

Big *** situated in Pinetown, owner Gerrit, avoids you when you ask for updates on your bike sent in for repairs and a service (which was paid for R2500), to make matters worse a fire occurred in his business premises and my antique Rd 350lc was burnt in the fire, initially he says he had insurance (Monitor Insurance - not very helpful avoid them too) and would cover my bikes damages, thereafter he avoids you on updates and after months says he got paid a gratis amount for his business and cannot cover my vehicle . Never recommend using them both at all as well as big *** in general or you will end up losing out like I did when an incident occurs. Cannot believe they don't have business insurance to cover customers vehicles, as well as the insurance company monitor insurance was useless in this instance, spoke to them on multiple occasions. If I could give a zero rating I would . Highly recommend to stay far away from them both.
