Pathetic Customer Service

I sent my vehicle in for a complete engine overhaul in October 2014 after being quoted 3 weeks for the work to be completed. It took 5 weeks with no communication from the supplier whatsoever. I had to continually call in at their premises to get answers which were nothing more than we will call you when the car is ready. Since getting the car back at the end of November i have had continual problems in the form of an engine rattle (the very reason i decided to re-do the motor), in total it has now been back in their workshop (on and off) for a further 5 weeks and i still do not have a proper working vehicle back. I make my living from the vehicle, they are completely aware of this and yet are still unable to offer anything more than their usual excuse \The car is not ready and we will call you when it is". I am now sick and tired of this company and will not recommend that anybody utilises their services"
