Will not refund returns back to credit card

Spent in excess of R1000 and returned two items ON SAME DAY WITH SLIP and the manager refused to refund my credit card and gave my daughter a voucher. This was not acceptable to me and when she returned he then treated my daughter terribly and wad extremely rude and condescending to her. He stated it was policy and when requested to show where this was advertised he responded that it was not displayed or advertised. Disgusting attitude and returns policy....will NEVER shop there again.....sorry to South Africa as their clothes are all made here in South Africa and I was supporting my country. But no longer the case as I will never return
