Wasted R750 on items I never received

I placed an order online in October 2021 for Just over R700 And never received the order. I’ve contacted them several times (so much so that the operator even knows my name!) every time I call it’s the same response “oh my goodness they haven’t refunded you yet, I’ll follow up with accounts and call you right back” they confirm my cellphone number and never call back! I tried to reverse the changes through my bank, FNB and because it wasn’t “**********” they couldn’t do it. They’ve told me that my items were never dispatched and they no longer have the items I wanted so they’ll refund me. It’s the middle of April 2022 and I’m still begging for my money back. Oh and don’t bother emailing them, they themselves have no idea who reads those emails, I’ve asked… I would give them zero stars if I could but I guess the 1 star will go to the operator who’s always friendly.
