S*y service. I bought an item indicated on email I was not happy and received no response I then hd to call them several times on the 30th eventually I found Cecilia and on the 1st of July, Anton sent an email about item to be collected the item was collected. Since then I have had no response on email from Anton or their *** I had to keep calling and been speaking to Johannes. As to date 9 days no refund from Big Blue and NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. My order number was 2499.
