Not getting my stuff

I ordered items worth over R1000 from Big Blue online and have been promised that the parcel is out for delivery and will reach me "the end of the day" for more than a week now. I get an email and SMS from Internet Express every day stating the parcel will be delivered on that day. Nothing, nada, zilch is received. I won't purchase online from Big Blue again just because they use this courier service! Guys, make sure online stores courier using Courier Guy or some other reputable courier service.
