Living up to their great customer service they pride themselves in

Great service from this team, I ordered a pair of their men's jocks and although they did not have a size guide on their site, they obliged by collecting the pair I had ordered (which was too big) and arranged for another pair to be delivered. Only advise would give is for the website to be upgraded and ensure the items have a size guide included to match the package size guide.
