Headoffice not willing to assist

On Friday without trying the dress on i bought a sale item from Big Blue Brooklyn mall. I wasn't aware of the no refund on sake items policy. On Sunday when i went to exchange for a different size i was made aware of this. Low and behold the sizing on the dresses is incorrect and the seam by the zip is coming loose. Called this morning to the shop i was told he will call head office which he did but they were unwilling to assist with a refund. I called head office and spoke to two ladies who were quite rude and matter of fact with me. Bottom line is i don't want a gift card....i want my money back. Consumer protection act
