Going That One Continent Further

My daughter was visiting from Australia & I recommended she get gifts for family & friends from Big Blue in Kalk Bay. I spent well over a R1000.00 and my daughter spent close to R2000.00. She purchased amongst other things 2 X The Joker Poker Sets. When she returned to Australia and gave the Poker sets out, one poker set had a whole stack of chips missing. The other was perfect. When she informed me of this, I immediately rang the store & spoke to the manager (whose name slips me at the moment). She was very apologetic & said she would contact Head Office. Shannon Johnstone subsequently made contact with me & again apologised for the incomplete set & requested my daughter's address and contact number as they would immediately courier a complete Poker set to her. This is what I call great service as well as going above and beyond!!! Good on you Big Blue & I will continue to promote your store and continue to visit them as I always have in the past.
