Faulty card machines so couldn't purchase

Tried to buy items at Big Blue store at Canal Walk but their card machines don't work - apparently numerous customers have had same problem and they are losing sales. Very frustrating, tried several times & they called someone but no help from h/o. Yet no other stores in Canal Walk experience any problems. The machines they are using look archaic Dashport - never heard of them. So I left. Apparently h/o had been informed previously of the problem which recurs. Won't be going back there.
