Don't use Big Blue Online

Terrible experience with in-store and online; rude staff at Fourways store, unhelpful telephonic staff at KB Cape town branch - tried to send simple gift to a client and was forced to do it online, despite explaining their online wasn't taking the order for 3 days! Day 4 online finally accepted order, supposed to be delivered in a day, took over a week without even a call or email or explanation why. DEFINATELY won't use their useless online shop again. After the long delay still delivered incorrectly, really poor experience do NOT recommend using them
