Big Blue a **** and UnProffessional

Bought pants online order 15058 and was later informed that the pants have a defect, I changed order to a dress, R340 more expensive and I topped up as requested, few minutes later the dress that showed available was then unavailable. I requested a refund and only the initial amount was refunded on 5 April 2024. The R340 I added was not refunded, trice I called and no one is interested on refunding me.

First, items showing available are not available. Now a refund is an issue, I spend money making calls. Service is beyond low.
