Disgusting customer service!

This backpackers over booked me, couldn't accommodate me for the period in which I was in Cape Town, kept wasting my time every time I tried to rebook they had some pathetic excuse. Then promised my money back and they never paid me back. The manager or owner or who ever the hell she is had the worst attitude and couldn't be bothered about customer service. This is just a means of informing people that there are much MUCH better backpackers in Cape Town than this hideous place with their hideous service and disgusting attitude.
