UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Had the worst, worst experience with this dogfood company. I discussed my personalized order with them. The confirmed that it is in the production line. The sent me an Inv. I made payment. The day before delivery they confirmed delivery for the next day. And since then no contact. Not answering calls or messages and it is now a week after my supposed delivery. No food and no money back. I had to order again from another company so that my dog can have food. Totally disgusted and appalled by their unprofessionalism and total disregard! On top of that, I referred two people to them that also ordered and that was handled the same way!
