Cleaning booked, no one showed, or cancelled???

I booked an upholstery cleaning with Big Ben Cleaners<br> I phoned again to confirm the day before<br> Today (the day of the cleaning) no one showed.<br> After 40 minutes I phoned, to be told that the driver had a problem ,they were about to phone me.<br> Really??<br> What horrible service even BEFORE they do the job.<br> I would not ever CONSIDER using them
