Big Ben Cleaners carpet disaster

Big Ben came to clean my carpets on 8 July 2024. I called back the next day to say that the job was poor and that I was very unhappy with the outcome. I paid for a deep clean and instead just ended up with more dirt on the surface. The manager/ owner of the Sandton/ Bryanston and Kyalami area assured me that they would come back the following week to redo the carpets. I have been checking in with them almost weekly and I am still waiting. Poor service and just stringing me along saying they would fix it.
