Big Ben Cleaners

Big Ben Cleaners came to clean my carpet on Saturday. Vusi and Donald. I placed my valuable jewelry in my cupboard that it is out of sight. The next morning when my carpet was dry I took my jewelry out my cupboard only to find out that one of them was in my cupboard and stole 3 gold bracelets. I immediately contact the owner and Donald. They said they will come back to me and yesterday the owner called to say his guys don't ***** and I can't open a case against them as I did not see them taking it. I am the only person in the house so I know for a fact they stole it. I got no support from the owner and he says he does not have insurance I must sue the company. I am so disappointed and angry that they have the audacity to open my cupboard. Don't ever use this company because they did not do a background check on the new employer Vusi Khumalo from Zimbabwe. He is still new but the owner says he works for him for two years. Lies lies lies is all you get from the owner.
