Poor customer service

<p>Myself and my husband hired surf boards and wet suits for a couple hours. Came back in early, and started getting out of our wetsuits to shower. My husband just switched on the water and while I got out of my wetsuit, the manager (apparently) came and asked how long we will be. She was holding a dog bowl which I assume she wanted to fill up while we were busy. I told her not long. I cannot even exaggerate if I tried, she came back again TWICE within the space of less than 5 minutes to tell</p> <p>us we can't shower long because of water restrictions. My husband had to tell her that she told us already and we heard her both times (the third time she came back). When the water was off already, but I was still busy getting my stuff together in the shower area, she actually came back in to fill the dog bowl. The whole exchange with this lady who 'runs the place' as she informed us, was just such poor customer service with a complete disregard for people's privacy in general. </p> <p> </p> <p>I must add, everyone else in the store was exceptionally friendly and helpful. If it was for them alone, this would've been a 5 star rating. But I would not want to deal with that manager again. Neither should anyone else. Hence, 2 stars.</p>
