Non-existent Service, Poor management., Rude Staff

Completely ruined Mothers Day. After making a booking and paying a deposit we still hadn't received food after 2 1/2 hours waiting. Waiter (Ross) told us he was 'too busy' to take our order. Manageress (Diane Botha) told us there was nothing she could do about it. (tried to blame load shedding, even though there was no load shedding while we were there - nice one!). Staff rude, service non existent.<br> Avoid if you don't want a special occasion completely spoiled. We ended up walking out with three very hungry children and 4 very angry adults!! We ended up going to Spur.<br> The Big Barrel greedily take more bookings than they can possible cater for and then when the inevitable unhappy customer complains they are rude and unhelpful. And apparently they do weddings!!
