Not happy investor

The business is for advertising, marketing and online shopping via their app "bigbang bonanza" when joining you get huge promises that after buy their package you will be assigned to a number of buyers to your profile, when those people buy online via the app you get R35.00 (passive income) for each person who bought. Only to find that you are given ghost members / buyers. you will never ever get the promised passive income. The owner promised to refund me 10% of my total investment on monthly payments, he only paid for 4 months and now he is no longer taking my calls not even responding to the emails I am sending him.
