Investors in the dark

Hi, I am having serious problems trying to contact these people. I phoned their helphesk and was told I'd receive a call-back - nothing! I invested a large sum with them and just wanted to know what is going on or whether investors would be receiveing any payment at some point.

They have a fantastic business and I believe in what they are doing, hence my investment.

I challenge HP to try and contact them (a boss or employee) directly concerning the above, since they seem to be avoiding my emails. Any feedback or positive response would be much appreciated!
