Extremely Bad Service

😡I purchased a car from this ***** car dealership called Big auto with ***** employees, on November 4, 2023, bought the car in cash. Despite assurances, I have not received spare keys or a service book. On November 5, I discovered an engine fault and promptly informed them. They collected the car on the 6th, returning it on the 9th with multiple issues, including *****ing the spare wheel that come with the car ok!. The engine problem persisted, gears were difficult to navigate, and lights were malfunctioning. Despite promises and lies over and over again, they failed to rectify the problems, continuously lying about the date for completion. It's alarming that they lack permits, and during my recent visit to collect the car first time around. I witnessed the police detained them, leaving questions about their legitimacy. My experience mirrors concerning reviews I've seen about this dealership. I seek assistance in addressing this issue and holding them accountable. Our African brother are really messing up our lives and I’m left traumatised and still don’t have my car. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use their service they will also fight with you as if there’s something wrong you have done. 😡
