Terrible Food and Service

Big Al's Castlewalk, messed up my order completely, had to throw away most of the food, only received 4 onion rings and when I phoned to complain they don't even apologise - the only comment was that they normally would put 7 onion rings in the packet. No offer for a refund or to fix the messed up order. Will never order from them again. The Big Al's in Moreletapark a much better outlet.
