Shocking service and attitude

This is the second or third visit to the above at approx 4.45 to <br> be ignored by 3 staff speaking to each other in their language and totally ignoring me trying to place an order.<br> The previous time I was eventually told its ' going home time' <br> and today eventually a madam came out. When I enquired if she was the manager 'no he is not here' <br> Placed my order for 2 x fish and chips one of the specials for R19.95 if before 5pm which it was, to be told ' 'we dont have feesh'<br> Arent these people working with food supposed to wear clean uniforms? <br> Why cant we be served by intelligent people who want to work?
