Big Al's Moreleta is a joke!!!

Big Al's Moreleta, no customer service at all. I've ordered a burger from them, instructed no tomato... Needless to say the burger arrived with tomato and the owner tells me I need to deal with it. I am highly allergic and pregnant! Did not even bother to apologise!
