Best Big Al's Experience Ever

I just bought for the first time from Big Al's Moreleta Park (Wekker Street) and I must say WOW. I have been a Big Al's supporter for many years and bought from various branches in Pretoria but this one in Moreleta Park knocks the others out of the park.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a clean shop front and very friendly staff. While waiting for my fish and chips to be prepared, I saw that all kitchen staff are wearing gloves and the food they are preparing, are touched by tongues and not by bare hands like in some of the other branches. The kitchen is nicely lit and not as dark in some other branches.

Their packing is way better than the other branches as I prefer the Chips and Fish being individually packaged instead of combined in a take away food container. Their portions are excellent and doesn't make you feel like you have overpaid for what you got. The food was very fresh and you can see the oil in which the food is prepared is clean as there were no dark discoloration to the food due to dirty old cooking oil.

I hope the other branches follows their example and provide the same quality experience.
