Bad and lackluster service.

Pretoria, Erasmuskloof Castle Walk

The Big Al's in that shopping center has been there for well over ten years now. I have never seen it this bad. When walking in there now you can already see the lack of effort that has gone into the upkeep. No Television menus, just two menus stuck to the counter that you have to wait for the people who are leaning against it to move before you can read it.

That been said, I went to order a Big Bacon, egg and cheese burger. I decided not to go for chips, so I tried for a Russian. I was told, they don't sell Russians anymore. I asked for a sputnik, I was told they don't sell that anymore either. They on the menu!!

Another customer walked in and inquired about his order of chips. He was told they haven't started making it yet and that they can quickly make it for him. He told them his lunch break was over and that he had been waiting for the chips for quite some time. At this point I walked out.

The lady at the counter was also very apathetic and lethargic to everything around her.
