debit orders

I have been debited by this big 5 netwok on the 7th of august and again on the 7th of september and I thought it was a **** company because after reading the reviews I really was worried for my money when I tried to get in touch with them the lines were always engaged, when I finally got through to them after an hour I spoke to such a helpful lady named merlisa who told me she will call me back with a response. 15minutes later I recieve a call from her giving me a tracking code for my watch and phone at the postal today or tomorrow . i just want to say big ups to big 5
