BIG 5 Printers - Bad Service - Bad Experience

<p>Our company ordered 5 books from Big 5 Printers, to be designed and printed. The payment for work to be done was already made on the 10th of March 2017, but we havent received anything from them, we decide to follow up on the 09th of May 2017. A lady told me that they will phone me back about our order, on the 11th of May 2017 we phone them again and a sign off document was promised ( we stilll haven't received it), on the 15th of May 2017 an e-mail was send, the e-mail was resend on the 16the of May 2017 and via a telephone call the person was looking for more details on the order as well as our company logo so that he can design the things we have ordered. We received an e-mail back from Big 5 Printers promissing us that the money will be refunded and they are in need of our banking details, the details was send on the 17th of May 2017 and since then there was follow up e-mails on the 19th and 23rd of May 2017 as well as telephone calls and everytime another date was promised for the refund. We are still waiting for the refund and proof of payment from Big 5 Printers. We are really dissapointed in the service and empty promised that we have received from the people of Big 5 Printers. Think twice before you make use of Big 5 Printer!!</p> <p> </p>
