The Biewer Terrier Club of SA (BTCSA) does not protect customers and ignore ********* practices of their registered pedigree breeders

I want to start of to indicate if there were a minus 10 star on Hello Peter, I would have given it to the Biewer Terrier Club of South Africa (BTCSA) and to the Eljemelo Biewer Terriers (Registered Breeder to the BTCSA) without any hesitation. Please stay away from them you will for sure have a huge problem. The BTCSA is one of those organisations that does not practice any aspects in dealing with disputes, non practicing of sound and objective business principals, very subjective wrt claims and complaints against the registered breeder(s), though rather opted to ignore complaints about registered breeders and even opted to turn a blind eye of serious misconduct of their own breeders. (A clear case how the BTCSA protects their friendship and family interest in the BTCSA, rather to manage the BTCSA on an objective and non-biased principals). In dealing with the complaints raised of possible inter breeding and non pedigree dogs (poor quality "Biewers" with serious defects) sold, it became very clear that the BTCSA has opted to ignore all complaints and only protected their own interest of a money making racket to the detriment of the Biewer Terrier Breed. The Chairman nor the breeder nor the committee members have even opted to enter into any proposed dispute resolution processes. (Refer to my numerous invitations and requests - just being ignored and deleted - shame on you BTCSA). In fact I'm of the opinion that the Biewer Terrier purity and management in South Africa is being threatened by this kind of ignorance, irresponsible, ********* and "non-care" attitude of the BTCSA and some of its registered breeders. It makes sense that the BTCSA even opted not to affiliate with KUSA , which is a regulatory body for kennels in SA, but only criticises the KUSA. I wonder why ?????? There must be a sound reason why KUSA don't want the BTCSA on the Kennel Panel. The BTCSA only engaged tactic's to protect family- and friends in the club. Quote "....... You can try anything, you will not achieve anything against the Club............. following by @#&^%$#@@ ********** cursing and ********* behaviour. We were advised from KUSA they cannot assist and that is exactly why the BTCSA is taking this don't care minded stance. Even before this incident and then thereafter all e-mail communication is not even being read, deleted without reading, no telephone calls accepted, no response on text messages, blockage of What's up profiles etc. Just appalling ********* behaviour of the Chairman, the committee members, Eljemelo Kennels (Breeder) (which are related). Appalling behaviour. We have have purchased two Biewer Terriers (two sisters) from the Eljemelo kennels in Durbanville, Cape Town (Me Justine Enslin) (to the value of R 22 500.00 - excluding all other costs, accumulated to over R 30 000.00 already) and engage immediately wrt problems experienced (within the first few months) wrt the characteristics of the first dog and then the second dog as well shortly thereafter. We have tried on several several occasions to engage Justine Enslin but with no success. We then escalated it to the BTCSA and to Dr Vermooten. Only one telephone call and one small e-mail from her) and thereafter just ignorance. Appalling and unprofessional. In fact were made off the be "****'s" and people that discredit the Eljemelo Kennel and the Biewer Breed. It is quite the opposite, we want to protect the breed and love our dogs and needed clarifications on certain problems of the dogs. In fact Justine Enslin (in the beginning) extended the following to us: "........ please send back the dogs I will pay you R 5000.00 back. As soon as I (Justine) receive the dogs, I will put them down......."................ WOW WOW what a shock and just the attitude of treating these dogs as dispensable commodities and with no respect. It actually confirms that there is a huge problem with the dogs and on what I said above. It is just a money making racket, popping out puppies, miss represented as pure pedigreed dogs and sell them off at the highest price. This case is under discussion for longer as one year now with no resolve or any solution on the table, in fact the BTCSA, under chairmanship of Dr Marianne Vermooten, a veterinary practitioner, should take responsibility and accountability for this ********* behaviour of the BTCSA, Eljemelo Kennels and in fact for bringing the credibility of the BTCSA in disrepute. In summary I want to in summary indicate what we as customers had to endure due to non cooperation of the BTCSA and Eljemelo Kennels: a. Bear huge costs to have DNA tested and engage with Onderstepoort Veterinary Services to have the DNA and Parent ship confirmed. b. Did not receive any certificates. After a prolonged period of time we received (after huge "arguments" and request) the certificates which have serious discrepancies on it with levels of incorrect registration particulars and in breeding. c. To date no purchase contract whatsoever. d. Providing pictures of the departures on physical discrepancies on how a Biewer should look. In fact it look like "brakkies". e. Eljemilo kennels insisted / under their instructions we needed to sterilize the dogs before we will receive our certificates. We have had no intention to breed and we wonder why we were "*********ed" to have them sterilized. I we wanted to breed we have had the right to register with the BTCSA and follow procedures. This raises questions??? In closing. There are so much information we can publish on Hello Peter, but due to space restrictions tried to provide above mentioned summary. This is only the tip of the Iceberg we talking about. We are now in the process of possible litigation (cancellation of purchase contract) against the Eljimelo Kennels (Justine Enslin) the BTCSA and. It is time that we should stand up against institutions like the BTCSA and ************ Breeders. We as the public should stand up and make an example of such organizations that does not have the interest of the Biewer Terrier as a breed in heart. Lastly we are investigation the possibility to start a Face book page wrt complaints of Biewer Terriers so that we can expose such breeders and so called clubs. Time to take on the BTCSA and Eljemilo Kennels. BTCSA and Eljemilo you have brought this onto yourself due to your ignorance and don't care mind attitude. You will not be able to ignore the public outcry any more. It is time to take responsibility and accountability and discard the "turn a blind eye" attitude. We must Protect the Biewer. This is now exactly we are going to expose publicly.

It is time that you break your ignorance and silence. This one is going to be difficult to just delete and turn a blind eye on this report.
