Hostility

<p>I took my prescription glasses to Durbanville after I made arrangements with one of the staff members. Owner was there and argued with me about my complaints. Informed me that the problem is not her's but that of Polo. Not helpfull with contacting the agent, I had to ask her repeatedly. Warned me that the lenses will have to be put in a similar frame and that if one could not be found, she couldn't help me. Halfway through the the meeting she suddenly ignored me and helped a walk-in customer. The receptionist took my glasses and didn't bother to find out if I had a old spare set to wear. I had to make arrangements with the Polo agent to come in and try to sort out the problem. </p>
