Poor service from Bienare services

Bienare services was appointed by Outsurance to do extensive repairs to my house after storm damage.<br> From day one it was evident that the people who arrived to do the work was not skilled to do so. <br> There was no supervision on site <br> No planning was done before hand the material was sourced on day one. The result was not enough ceiling cornices could be found.<br> The person responsible for the repairs to the kitchen cabinets was never informed of the start date of the project. I found this out after I personally phoned him.<br> The Project manager informed me that he is flying up to Johannesburg to come sort the problems out. He never arrived at my house.<br> There is no communication from Bienare servics to the client on whats going on.<br> Damage was caused , one bedroom the curtain railing was broken off the wall and in a another the panel heater cracked.<br> I am terribly disappointed in firstly Outsurance appointing this contractor and secondly Bienare Services.<br> <br> I have photos off all the substandard work if anyone is interested<br> <br>
