Poor Administration and Service

In September I lodged a Third Party Claim for an incident in which my vehicle was driven into while parked in a designated parking bay. The matter was referred to Bieldermans Inc to administer . I have been in regular contact with Bieldermans Inc, but as yet have had no resolution on this matter, in spite of my having provided all required information in a timeous manner. I have indicated to Bieldermans Inc numerous times that the matter needs to be speedily rectified, but as yet I am still awaiting any decision on the matter.<br> <br> I find their service to be excessively slow and negligent
