BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would like to bring the following incident to your attention. I visited your establishment with family and friends on Saturday 27 August 2022. I had a bad fall just before entering the toilets and hurt the right side of my knee. The floor was wet and slippery. No warning signage or anything. Your emergency kit had no ointment and I was not offered bandage or anything, we had to ask. No one checked or enquired if I was ok, it was basically sorry you fell and lets continue with what we were busy with.

Very disappointed in the customer service received. What a pity I enjoyed the outdoor environment and food but no customer service.
